BATON ROUGE- Summer fun can take a toll on your body. This morning on 2une In News 2's Rebecca Buchanan explained how incorporating a little yoga into your travel plans can make a big difference in how you feel.
Right when you wake up you should set aside a couple of minutes to perform some easy stretches, getting through all the functions of the spine. Performing stretches in the morning can help relax your mind and body for the day ahead.
"You're just sitting, you're trying to quiet the mind down from racing into all of these things that you have to do, and it's not a big time consuming thing," said Kate Suchanek, the owner of Yoga Path.
