ROSELAND – Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Tangipahoa Parish man after they said he called 911 and threatened to kill several people.

Deputies said 34-year-old Phillip Green of Roseland was arrested around 1:00 a.m. today as he was driving on Wicker Lane back to his home.  Deputies also seized a handgun and box of ammunition found in Green’s vehicle.

Investigators said earlier he had called 911 stating he had a gun and that if he was going to jail, it was going to be for killing more than one person.

Roseland was booked into the parish jail in suspicion of terrorizing.
