A practice run involving toilet paper for a flyover at a football game means a pilot faces a charge of violating a law that prohibits low-flying stunts over populated areas in Westwood, New Jersey. He threw wet toilet paper to test a streamer drop for an upcoming high school game. The pilot wasn't named but police say he's supposed to fly over a football field on Saturday and drop streamers in school colors before Westwood High's game.
