"Toe" Nash arrested on a list of charges
ST. AMANT - Deputies arrested Gregory "Toe" Nash, 32, for failure to register as a sex offender Friday.
Nash had been wanted on the charges since February 15th when the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office said Nash no longer lived at the residence he listed on his paperwork and they were not notified about his new address.
Deputies said Nash was arrested at a home off Highway 937. They said people saw him in the area and reported him.
In addition to charges relating to him not registering, he was also charged with flight from an officer, various drug offenses, simple criminal damage to property, trespassing, and unauthorized use of a movable. He was booked into the Ascension Parish Jail and no bond was set as of this post.
According to a database of sex offenders and their offenses, Nash was convicted of carnal knowledge of a juvenile in 2002. He was released in October 2013.
