WBRZ - Baton Rouge

Temperatures hovered in the teens and two toddlers were found wandering outside a home, alone in St. Louis, Missouri. Their caretakers were asleep inside. Authorities say a newspaper delivery man was on his route at about 5 am when he found the kids. They're one and 3. One girl had no shoes or socks and was standing on ice screaming. The delivery man said he banged on the door of the house but no one answered, so he called 9-1-1. The two kids were taken to the hospital and police found five more kids in the house. The adults were being questioned.
