The LSU baseball team defeated the Mississippi State Bulldogs for the second straight night. Jacoby Jones gave the Tigers a 3-0 lead with a 2 run double in the 5th inning. In the 9th, freshman Alex Bregman added some insurance to the lead with a 3 run homer. On the mound, Ryan Eades went 7 innings giving up just 1 run for his 4th victory. The 7-3 win was the 13th in a row for the Tigers. The series wraps up tomorrow at 1:30.
