The LSU Tigers got plenty of hitting but not enough runs as they fell to South Carolina in game 2 of the weekend series.  LSU scored just 2 runs on 14 hits in Saturday's 4-2 loss to the Gamecocks.  The Tigers had won 21 straight at the Box before the set back, marking just their second loss at home this season.  The game was played in front of the largest regular season crowd in Alex Box history, 10,246 were on hand.  The Tigers will try to win the series in the rubber game tomorrow scheduled for 2pm.
