Tigers close gap in Tuscaloosa at half, 17-14
TUSCALOOSA- The Tigers closed the gap at Bryant-Denny Stadium as Zach Mettenberger made quick work of the Tide's pass defense, finding Travin Dural with a 6-yard touchdown pass.
The 75-yard drive happened mainly through the air.
Mettenberger found Odell Beckham, Jr. for a 16-yard gain and Jarvis Landry leaped to snag a 15-yard pass in the red zone.
The Tigers milked the clock for 4:34 giving the Tide little time before the end of 2nd half.
Alabama leads LSU 17-14.
