BATON ROUGE - The LSU Tigers (46-16) are now just two wins away from Omaha and the College World Series.
LSU rallied to defeat Oregon State last night, 6-5, in 10 innings to claim the Baton Rouge Regional.
Senior Austin Nola was named the Most Outstanding Player of the regional. Nola scored the game-winning run on a wild pitch in the tenth inning.
The Tigers will now host either Central Florida or Stony Brook next weekend at Alex Box Stadium.
