Tiger pitcher Ryan Eades drafted in 2nd Round
LSU Tiger pitcher Ryan Eades was selected 43rd overall in the second round of the Major League Baseball draft by the Minnesota Twins on Thursday night.
The junior from Northshore High School in Slidell has been the Tigers second starter on the mound this season and has an 8-1 record in 16 appearances. He's third on the team in innings pitched at 96 and has an ERA of 2.81.
LSU will face Oklahoma in the Super Regionals starting Friday evening at Alex Box Stadium at 6:00 p.m.. The game will be televised on ESPN.
