Tiger fans line up to win tickets to BCS National Championship
BATON ROUGE- Hundreds of people lined up for their chance to win tickets to see the Tigers take on the Crimson Tide at the BCS National Championship.
The line to enter the drawing was so long it wrapped around the parking lot outside the Co-op Bookstore off Burbank Drive.
Allstate gave away eight pairs of tickets to witness what some are calling the biggest game in LSU history.
Some die-hard fans got in line early to get their name in the drawing.
"We were the first people out here. So we started the line, set up a tent and we're waiting to go! I've been anxious about going to this game, dying to see our boys win. I would love to be there to see it," Jamey Chaney said.
The tickets are valued at $350 a piece or $700 for a pair.
