BATON ROUGE - Deputies arrested three men Tuesday who were caught in possession of high-grade marijuana, after trying to sell to an undercover agent.
Deputies arrested Chevis Ashton Whalen, Chase Whalen and Timothy Pena at the Central Walmart parking lot.
Agents found over 50 grams of high-grade marijuana and a digital scale with the men.
Agents said Chevis and Chase gave Pena a ride to sell the marijuana to an undercover agent.
Agents said Pena was also attempting to trade some marijuana for oxycotin pills as payment to Chevis for driving him.
All three men are being charged on counts of possession and attempt.
