Three arrested, drugs and guns seized in raid
PATTERSON - Detectives reported finding guns, drugs, and cash after a raid on a St. Mary Parish home earlier this week.
Sheriff's deputies arrested 32-year-old Jonathan Henry, 28-year-old Ashley Marie Dowdy, and 38-year-old Benjamin Joseph Henry after the raid Thursday.
Members of the Narcotics Division at St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office searched the home at 610 David Dr. in Patterson on June 12. During the search, agents said they found heroin worth about $5,000, as well as guns, body armor, $844 in cash, more narcotics and drug paraphernalia.
Deputies charged all three suspects with drug possession. Joseph Henry also faces charges of dealing drugs, being a felon in possession of a gun, and unlawful possession of body armor.
No bond was set for the suspects as of Friday morning.
