BATON ROUGE - Narcotics detectives found more than 36 pounds of marijuana and thousands in cash during a search of a Baton Rouge carpet-cleaning company this week.
Sgt. Don Stone said detectives arrested 50-year-old Charlie Robins, 51-year-old Renee Sonnia Lee, and 52-year-old Gaylord G. Lee as a result of their searches Thursday evening.
Stone said agents served search warrants at the carpet-cleaning business on N. Foster Drive and at Robins' home. He said they found bundles of marijuana and $3,350 in cash at the business, as well as $41,000 more in cash as well as a handgun at Robins' home.
All three were booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish jail in suspicion of possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
