BATON ROUGE - High winds have already begun to wreak havoc on the power infrastructure of Baton Rouge as severe weather moves into the area.

Customers without power as reported by Entergy by parish as of 5:30 p.m. are as follows:

*East Baton Rouge - 2,209
*West Baton Rouge - 22
*Iberville - 54
*East Feliciana - 61
*West Feliciana - 19
*Pointe Coupee - 21
*Ascension - 1,157
*Assumption - 1,973
*Livingston - 411
*St. Helena - 76

Entergy personnel are working to restore service as quickly as possible. Information on anticipated restoration times can be obtained via their website.
