Another officer in California is charged in the beating death of a mentally ill homeless man during a violent confrontation with police in Fullerton. Former officer Joseph Wolfe faces manslaughter and excessive force charges. Wolfe pleaded not guilty and surrendered after being indicted by a grand jury. Two other officers were charged last year in the death of 37-year-old Kelly Thomas during an investigation into a report that he was trying to open car doors. Thomas was beaten in a clash with six officers and died five days later.
