The one that didn't get away
BLACK WARRIOR RIVER, ALABAMA- James Bramlett doesn't have to talk about the one that got away since he landed a monster fish in Alabama in February. It set a new world record for landlocked striped bass at 69-pounds-nine-ounces. The International Game Fish Association did the measuring and called him on Monday to tell him about the accomplishment. Bramlett says he battled the whopper for 25-minutes before hauling it in.
