The new Lee High
BATON ROUGE - Construction could begin soon on a new school sitting on a giant, rolling plot of land in the heart of the city.
Milton Womack, Inc. will build the $49 million Lee High School where the former complex stood on Lee Drive between Highland Road and Perkins.
Students will attend class in various buildings, based on their concentrations.
Construction could begin by the end of April or beginning of May.
