Testimony begins in Jackson case
LOS ANGELES - Testimony is expected to begin today in the lawsuit Michael Jackson's mother has brought against the promoter of the concert tour he never took.
Katherine Jackson claims her son died in June 2009 from an overdose of a powerful anesthetic because the promoter AEG failed to properly investigate the doctor giving it to him. Dr. Conrad Murray is serving time for involuntary manslaughter.
