Three teenagers are charged with shoplifting at Towne Center in Baton Rouge.

Investigators say 17-year-old Breanna Harvey, 19-year-old Natasha London and a 16-year-old girl stole clothes from Children's Place and Baby Gap last week.

They were arrested after someone identified them in surveillance video and called investigators.
