Teens arrested after standoff with police

A 16 year old and 17 year old William Guillard are in police custody following a standoff with Baton Rouge Rouge Police at 1006 South 16th Street around 10 p.m. last night. Police say the 19 year old male victim says the suspects shot at him. Officers found the teens at 814 South 16th Street, but they wouldn't surrender. The Baton Rouge Police Department's SRT was called out to the scene and the suspects finally surrendered at 11:45 p.m. Guillard is charged with attempted 2nd degree murder, illegal use of a weapon, and aggravated damage to property. The 16 year is charged with principle to attempted 2nd degree murder.
