Teen killed in ATV accident
WAVELAND, MS - Hancock County Coroner Jim Faulk has identified a teen killed in an ATV accident over the weekend
Faulk says 16-year-old Chaz Gill died at the scene.
Don Bass, chief deputy with the Hancock County Sheriff's office, says the accident happened shortly after 4 p.m. Sunday when the teen apparently ran a stop sign on an all-terrain vehicle he was driving and was hit by a truck.
It occurred at Hancock Drive and East Pike Street west of Waveland.
Bass said the driver of the truck stopped and the accident remains under investigation.
