Teen held in murder
LOS LUNAS, NEW MEXICO- A 15-year-old boy accused of killing his 12-year-old was ordered held by a judge two days after being charged with murder and tampering with evidence.
Alex Madrid was found dead in a field after his parents reported him missing and appeared to have died from severe trauma.
According to the law in New Mexico, a teen can't be charged as an adult until they're 14.
The boy who's accused was not identified due to his age.
