Teen arrested inside LSU football locker room
BATON ROUGE - LSU Police arrested a 17-year-old who was found to be mulling around the locker rooms of Tiger Stadium Thursday night.
Rodney Ki'Yon Hamilton was booked into jail on a list of charges, including for burglary and drug possession.
According to arrest documents, stadium employees reported seeing Hamilton and thought he was suspicious. An officer found him in the locker room and, according to the officer, Hamilton lied about having permission to be in the football team locker room where he was found.
Officers said when they searched Hamilton, they found heroin and pills. Eventually, the report said, Hamilton admitted to having the drugs to sell and eating food he found in the locker room.
He told police he plays basketball on an area high school basketball team and routinely goes to Tiger Stadium to workout.
