Teen accused of lighting house on fire after fight
WALKER - Authorities arrested a Livingston Parish teen after they said he set fire to his aunt's house in Walker.
Deputies charged Benjamin Fontenot, 19, with aggravated arson in connection with the Tuesday morning fire.
Investigators said Fontenot had a fight with his aunt, who owned the home, before he started the fire. Fire marshals said the damage was contained to the front porch of the home on Corbin Avenue, and no one inside was hurt.
Deputies booked Fontenot into the parish jail, where he has a $10,500 bond.
