Teacher told student to unclog toilet
OTHELLO, WASHINGTON- A teacher admits ordering an eight-year-old to unclog a toilet with his bare hands.
Brent Taylor was reprimanded by the school system but the boy's parents say he deserves more punishment. Artie and Lisa Adams say they found out what their son was made to do when they asked how his day at school went.
The boy told them he told the teacher about the clogged toilet and say the teacher told their son to clear it with his bare hands. The parents complained to the principal, who reprimanded Taylor and ordered him to review a hygiene course.
The boy has since transferred to another school.
Taylor has been a teacher for 23-years and the school system superintendent says he stands by the principal's decision.
