TCU (48-12) is a victory away from advancing to its second straight College World Series and third overall.
Jeremie Fagnan had two doubles and two RBIs for TCU.
Trey Teakell (2-1) was the winner, allowing one hit in four scoreless innings of relief.
Aggies starter Grayson Long (9-1) had his shortest outing of the season. He allowed five runs - four earned - on seven hits in three innings.
Texas A&M dropped to 49-13.
