California's attorney general is suing "tax lady" Roni Deutch for $34 million.

The suit states Deutch allegedly made promises to help people solve disputes with the IRS, and in the end, didn't work.

Deutch, who runs the nation's largest tax resolution law firm, can be seen in television ads all across the country.
