BATON ROUGE- A decision about building a library in the Rouzan development in the Southdowns community was tabled Thursday night at the Library Board meeting.
A city attorney was not satisfied with how the deal was written.
A library has been planned as part of the project.
The board is expected to have the discussion again next month, and make a decision.
