Syrian rebels start to leave Aleppo
BEIRUT - Syrian activists say residents in eastern Aleppo are finally starting to board buses and ambulances.
It's the first step in an evacuation that's part of the rebel enclave's effective surrender.
Earlier, Syrian activists said 3 evacuees were wounded when pro-government forces shot at ambulances trying to leave the city.
