WBRZ - Baton Rouge

BATON ROUGE- One of two suspects caught on a hidden camera taking apart an a/c unit to allegedly steal copper turned himself in.

Eddie Bickham, 27, surrendered to Baton Rouge Police after he saw a freeze-frame of the footage on the news and in the newspaper.

Bickham is charged with simple criminal damage to property and felony theft.

Police are still trying to find the second person in the video. He has not been identified.
