Suspect's handgun fell apart during armed robbery
BAKER- A 19-year-old faces charges, accused of an armed robbery where a pair of fast food employees were targeted.
According to police, Chavis Duncan followed the workers on Seville Street and blocked them with his vehicle where he robbed them. Investigators said he took several hundred dollars.
In a news release emailed Monday, police said as Duncan was running away, his handgun fell apart.
The victims identified Duncan, who confessed when police asked questions about the robbery.
