Suspect in Baton Rouge shooting turns self in
BATON ROUGE - Police in Baton Rouge have made an arrest in a deadly shooting three months ago.
20-year-old Demonte Foster turned himself into police on Wednesday
Police say Foster killed Travis Harris during an armed robbery in November 2013 at the King's Court Apartment on Dougherty Dr.
Harris was found dead near the stairwell of the apartment complex.
Foster is charged with first-degree murder and armed robbery.
