Suspect arrested following EBRSO SWAT team raid
BATON ROUGE – Arrest records say one man has been arrested following an SWAT raid in North Baton Rouge Wednesday afternoon.
Documents say narcotics agents recieved a search warrant for a home on Wayne Drive after making a controlled purchase at the home. Thursday, East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office SWAT teams executed the search warrant and arrested 45-year-old Brian Bush.
Bush booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison and charged with two counts of distributing marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a firearm with drugs.
Agents seized 50 grams of marijuana, a handgun, $1949 in cash and a digital scale.
Documents say Bush admitted to only selling marijuana two times and seized drugs were for him. He also added that the handgun belonged to his nephew.
