Survey says Chick-fil-A is highest in consumer satisfaction
A new survey released a statement grading fast food restaurants based on customer satisfaction.
According to an American Customer Satisfaction Index Survey, Chick-fil-A is the restaurant most likely to have their customers leave happy. Experts say the reason for this is Chick-fil-A's choice to focus on one product rather than branching out. That product being their "Original Chicken Sandwich".
Each fast food eatery was graded on a one-hundred point scale. Chick-fil-A scored an 86 percent.
In second place with a total 83 points out of one hundred, was Chipotle. McDonald's came in last place with 67 percent.
The survey also says Americans eat out an average of four times a week.
