Supreme Court not reviewing La. death penalty

The Supreme Court has ruled against a challenge to the way the death penalty is imposed in Louisiana.
The high court rejected an appeal today by a woman convicted for her role in a brutal New Year's Day attack on a retired minister in 2003.
Her death sentence was upheld in December of last year.
