BISMARK, NORTH DAKOTA- A judge sentenced a white supremacist to four years probation with no additional jail time for terrorizing a small town in North Dakota when he tried to set up an all white enclave.
Craig Cobb was arrested for scaring residents of the town of Leith when he patrolled with a gun.
He claimed he did it because he was being harassed.
In February, he agreed to a plea deal that kept him out of jail.
He pleaded guilty to five misdemeanor menacing counts and one terrorizing charge.
