VIGAN, Philippines - Super Typhoon Haima has blown into the South China Sea after smashing into the northern Philippines with ferocious winds and rains. The storm has flooded towns and left several villages without power. At least five people were killed. There are no immediate reports of any major damage, but several areas are cut off from government aid.
