The Super Bowl got its highest overnight rating in 23 years, according to the Nielsen Co. When the final figures are released later today, Super Bowl XLIV may win the title of the most-watched Super Bowl in the game's history.

Last year's game between Pittsburgh and Arizona holds that title, with 98.7 million viewers.
