Wednesday will be the transitional day across Southeastern Louisiana from stormy to summery.
The afternoon will be mostly sunny with a high near 90°. An isolated shower or storm is possible, but unlike the last 7 days, most of the area will stay dry.
Tonight look for partly cloudy skies, light southeasterly winds and a muggy low temperature stuck in the low 70s.
