Three people are behind bars for stripping and whipping a young man because of his father's $20 debt. Authorities in Newark, New Jersey say they have a video showing the beating and the three arrested are affiliated with a street gang. The 21-year-old was beaten with a belt and had welts and abrasions but didn't require hospitalization. The Newark mayor criticized citizens for not coming forward sooner. The three men are charged with assault and robbery.
