There will be no discipline for a Seattle Metro Transit bus driver who kicked a woman and her baby off her bus because of a stinky diaper. The transit system did apologize but says the driver did the right thing by acting for the comfort of other passengers. The mom, Nichole Hakimian, has threatened to sue. She says she was taking her sick child to the doctor when his diarrhea became an odor issue. Hakimian says she found a place to change the baby's diaper and caught another bus to the clinic.
