BATON ROUGE - Medical wellness director Bill Gvoich talked about why New Year's resolution don't work out most of the time today on WBRZ News 2 at 4.
Gvoich said the most important thing is not to "bite off more than you can chew." He said clean eating will also help you reach and maintain your goal faster.
Another important key is to get enough sleep. He said not getting sleep can cause you to eat more after 8 p.m., and getting too much sleep can increase laziness.
