State Police are investigating a second officer-involved shooting. A 50-year-old man was shot in New Iberia by Iberia Parish Sheriff's deputies Wednesday night.

Mark Haas was fatally shot during a standoff at his home. Trooper Stephen Hammons said Haas walked out of his house, and started firing a rifle at deputies. Deputies returned fire, killing him.

Deputies originally responded to the home in reference to a fight.

A Tangipahoa Parish man was killed by deputies during a standoff Thursday morning.
