The State Legislative Auditor was asked by Livingston Parish officials to examine clean-up methods following Hurricane Gustav. The findings were released today.
Compiling the report included taking a look at debris contracts, work done and evidence to back it up.
Three major findings: lack of evidence, possible ethics violations by 2 Parish Council members and a possible false claim to FEMA by a Parish employee.
