UPDATE: From the State Attorney General's Office...

A spokesperson from the Louisiana Attorney General's Office confirms that they will support Gov. Bobby Jindal's request and will join other states who are protesting the healthcare bill passed Sunday.

The decision to file one brief or join another one is a decision that will be made after talking with other state attorney generals.

We will have more on this on News 2 at 4, 5 and 6 p.m.
