Stalled vehicle causes I-10 East delays on bridge

As of 3:15 p.m., the left and center lanes remained blocked on I-10 eastbound on the Mississippi River Bridge due to the breakdown. By 3:30 p.m., the center lane was reopened leaving the left lane blocked.
