St. Martin Parish school board employee arrested
ST. MARTINVILLE - A 27-year-old St. Martin Parish School Board employee is accused of molesting a juvenile.
The St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office tells KATC-TV that Kaylyn Huval, of Breaux Bridge, was arrested Friday for molestation of a juvenile after an investigation began when her employer contacted authorities about a complaint involving Huval.
The sheriff's office declined to release the age of the alleged victim.
St. Martin Parish Schools Superintendent Lottie Beebe would not say whether Huval is a teacher, nor would she identify the school where Huval was employed.
Bond was set at $30,000. It was unknown if Huval has an attorney who could comment on the case.
