St. Martin Parish moves trick-or-treat time
ST. MARTINVILLE - St. Martin Parish is moving trick or treating in the parish from Thursday to Wednesday due to the threat of bad weather.
The sheriff's office said trick or treating will take place from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 30.
Deputies asked for drivers to be aware of the change and be careful due to the increased number of people that will be out on the streets.
