HAMMOND - Sheriff’s deputies reported the arrest of two men believed to be behind burglaries at several homes in the Hammond area.

Daekwon Bokeem and Kareem McDonald, both of Hammond, were taken into custody without incident by detectives with the St. Helena Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Detectives say other arrests are expected to be made in the case.
